Our Story | A Journey to Natural Healing & Wellness
From an early age, I’ve been mindful of what I put into my body. I vividly remember a sermon my uncle preached about how our food choices impact our health. At one point, he looked straight into the congregation—right into my soul, it seemed—and said, “Stay away from soda-pop and fizzy drinks! They’ll fizz inside of you and eat you alive.” Silly as it may sound, that message stuck with me, and to this day—15 years later—I still don’t drink soda.
Determined to push myself further, I made a life-changing decision in 2011 at just 17 years old—I joined the Army Reserves. I remember one of my first military health exams: after a round of squats and frog leaps, the doctor told me I was one of the healthiest people he had ever examined. At the time, it was just a compliment, but looking back, it was a defining moment.
In 2014, after welcoming my beautiful baby girl, I faced an unexpected health challenge—a painful gum abscess. Seeking treatment, I quickly realized two things: dental care was expensive, and I had another option. Turning to natural remedies, I began oil pulling with essential oils and coconut oil, and within three days, the abscess disappeared. That moment sparked something deep within me—a passion for natural healing.
Since then, every new herb I discover fuels my mission to help others take control of their health. From growing organic herbs, fruits, and vegetables to creating powerful herbal infusions, my goal is to provide sustainable, natural solutions for those ready to embrace a holistic lifestyle.
