KD Academy Early Learning Center, LLC, formerly known as “The Kiddie Depot,” began as a home-based childcare center in August 2005, serving children from 6 weeks to 12 years old. In August 2012, it expanded into a 3,000-square-foot commercial space, reaching full capacity within months. Recognizing the growing demand for extended childcare hours, we adapted to serve working parents with flexible schedules. Today, KD Academy is proud to be Kansas City’s only childcare center open 24 hours a day, Monday through Friday, with Saturday care available until 6 PM.
